Lng advantages

1) LNG is the most environmental-friendly and sustainable fuel as:

• It reduces significantly CO2 and NOx emissions
• It does not produce any particulate

2) LNG is the most cost-effective fuel as it allows to save over 50% compared to gasoline and over 20% to diesel and LPG

3) It’s the most convenient fuel as LNG / CNG vehicles can circulate in Controlled Traffic Zones and access underground parking.

4) It is a high quality product:

• LNG is produced by cooling the methane (natural gas) at a temperature of -162 °C
• Natural Gas liquefaction reduces its volume by about 600 times. In this way, we get a profitable increase in the gas quantity to be delivered. In fact: 1 litre LNG = 600 Litres Natural Gas approx.
• LNG’s weight is about 45% of water’s weight. LNG is odourless, colourless, it is not corrosive or toxic.
• Since it has been liquefied, LNG does not include H₂O, CO₂ or incondensable agents. Therefore, LNG has better Energy qualities corresponding to a Gross Calorific Power (GCP) of approximately 10.000 kcal/m³.

No pipeline needed is LNG main benefit: you can use it in the widest application range replacing traditional, expensive and pollutant fuels.
